Delivery
 

Our standard delivery charge is £8.95 for orders delivered within the UK. UK orders over £100.00 are delivered free of charge. Orders are dispatched on the Same working day before 2PM but please allow 1-2 for UK orders to arrive. We do not ship  orders internationally.

Custom orders are dispatched within 5-7 days during busier times, but we will always try to dispatch them quicker.

Some products have a Next Day delivery option which varies in price. This is optional, and the total cost will be shown to you before you checkout.

All items we post are insured for loss and damage in transit.

If you do receive an item damaged, or you believe it may be lost, please contact us in the first instance. We'll then be in contact to get more information before lodging a claim with our delivery carrier on your behalf. Please note that we may be unable to replace your order until our delivery partner has closed the claim successfully.

 

Returns
 

We're confident you'll be totally satisfied with our products and services. If you're not, please contact us to let us know why, and to discuss your options.

 

Customers may return any products purchased within 14 days of purchase or delivery. To do so you must notify us within 14 days of purchase.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition and in the original packaging.

We may replace the item, issue a credit note or provide a full refund. 

Please note that we may charge a restocking fee for any returned items.
